The services of the website can only be available for individuals who are 18 years of age or the established state age of majority (if this age of majority is over 18) and who agree with the Terms and conditions proposed by the bookmaker. The customer will be held responsible for violating this regulation.

The following individuals are not allowed to use the services of the company:

  • Individuals who are under 18 years of age at the time of placement;

In case of violation of these Rules, the company reserves the right to refuse to pay any winnings or to refund the value of bets, as well as to cancel any bets. The bookmaker will not be held responsible for the moment it becomes aware that the customer belongs to any of the aforementioned categories. This means that the bookmaker shall have the right to take such action as it deems necessary at all times as soon as it becomes aware that the customer is an individual who can be classified as mentioned above.

The right to access and/or use the Site (including any or all products offered through the Site) may be illegal in certain countries (including, for example, the United Kingdom, etc.). The fact that our Site is available in those countries and/or jurisdictions, or that it may be displayed in their language, cannot be understood as an official authorization or legal basis to use the Site and deposit funds into your account or proceed with the withdrawal of your winnings. If the company that you reside in a country where the use of the website is illegal, the company has the right to close your account and refund any remaining balance in your account at the time of your closure (after deducting any winnings credited after making your last deposit). The bookmaker has the right to refuse bets from customers who do not comply with these Rules.

The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse an individual to accept a bet without giving reasons.

All bets will be settled on the basis of data provided by the processing center.


Winnings will be paid to the bettor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the official publication of the results of the latest events on the bet slip.

Winning bet slips can be paid out within thirty (30) calendar days from the event date specified on the bet slip.

After receiving the winnings, the bettor must confirm that the winnings are correct. If the bettor does not agree with the winnings, he must make this known to the bookmaker, together with his account number, date, time, event, bet amount, selection, and odds, as well as indicating the reasons for his disagreement. Any claims regarding earnings may be completed within ten (10) days. All requests regarding the calculation of bets relating to Cyber-Live games will be accepted within 72 hours of the end of the game.

A bet placed by the Customer will be considered won if all the outcomes specified in that same bet have been correctly predicted.

Terms relating to betting (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum bet limits, etc.) may be subject to change after a bet is placed, but this does not affect the terms existing at the time of placing the bet. Before entering into an agreement, the customer must verify all changes to the current pre-match markets.

Under these terms, if there is any disagreement between the customer (contracting party) and the bookmaker regarding any matter relating to the observation and fulfillment of a betting agreement between the customer (contracting party) and the bookmaker, including payments, results, odds or other effective terms of the agreement, as well as the declaration that the agreement itself is incomplete or void, the parties agree to resolve any disputes by filing a claim with the opposing party (pre-judgment procedure).

In accordance with the pre-trial procedure, the party alleging the violation of its rights must file a written complaint with the opposing party. Whenever a complaint is submitted to the bookmaker, it must be addressed to the official registered office of the bookmaker indicated in its incorporation documents and supported by the respective declaration issued by the public company registration services. Whenever a claim is made to a customer (contracting party), it must be addressed to their place of residence (or place of stay).

The claim must be filed within 10 (ten) days from the day on which the party became, or should have become aware of the violation of its rights. Documents supporting and substantiating this claim must be attached. Failure to provide sufficient reasons to substantiate the claim will result in the claim being returned without consideration. All requests regarding the calculation of bets relating to Cyber-Live games will be accepted within 72 hours of the end of the game.

If an employee makes an error in accepting a bet (a manifest typographical error in the event list, inconsistency between the odds of the offered markets and the bet, etc.) or a bet is accepted in violation of these Rules, or there are any other indications of that the bet is wrong, the bookmaker reserves the right to declare those same bets void. 

If there is a manifest error in the odds, the bet must be settled based on the final result with the effective odds applied to the corresponding market.

If there is suspicion of unsportsmanlike conduct in the games, the company reserves the right to block bets on a sporting event even before the final decision of the international body and declare the bets invalid, if the existence of unsportsmanlike play is found. Management is not obligated to present evidence or conclusions to clients.

If the receiving party does not analyze the complaint submitted within the established period, the party alleging the violation of its rights may file the action in court, and the territorially competent courts will be those located in the country where the company’s official headquarters are located.

If these Rules are amended, customers will be informed accordingly. Bets accepted after the date indicated will be subject to the amended Rules. Previous bets will remain unchanged.


The Customer is responsible for keeping the password and account number received at the time of registration confidential. All bets registered at the bookmaker will stand. The cancellation of bets is subject to these Rules. If a third party gains possession of the Customer’s login details, the bookmaker must be informed, the Customer must change their username, password and email to stronger ones. You must not disclose any withdrawal codes or codes for changing your telephone number to third parties.

Under no circumstances can the bookmaker N1bet be held liable by the Customer for any indirect, collateral or incidental losses or damages (including lost profits), even if it has been informed of the likelihood of such losses or damages occurring.

Any connection failure when receiving confirmation of a bet will result in the cancellation of that bet.

Placing a bet serves as proof that the Customer agrees and accepts these Betting Rules.

Bets will be settled and winnings will be determined based solely on results provided by the bookmaker. Any complaints submitted in relation to the results, dates and effective start times of an event must be analyzed in conjunction with official documents issued by the corresponding sports federations.

Any claims arising from the transcription (or translation) of the name of a team, surname of a player or sports venues will not be considered by the bookmaker. A tournament name is provided for convenience only. No stakes will be refunded as a result of an error in the name of a tournament.


Each registered customer is only allowed to have a single account. Customers can register a single account per household, address, email address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or e-payment method. Persons who are somehow associated with a customer will not be allowed to register on the site.

In the case of:

  1. Re-register (including under a new name), submit invalid, false third-party documents (including those modified with the help of various programs and graphic editors);
  1. Players repeatedly violate the bookmaker’s rules;
  1. Doubts about the authenticity of a bettor’s identity or the reliability of the information provided (address, credit or debit card, other data);
  1. Various types of fraud, may include but are not limited to, the following acts committed by you or any other person acting on your behalf or in collusion with you: a) Fraud in terms of refunding payments or rake; b) The use of a stolen or unconfirmed bank card as a source of funds; c) any act or completed attempt on your part that the company may reasonably deem unlawful in any applicable jurisdiction, committed intentionally or with a view to defrauding us and/or circumventing legal restrictions, whether or not the act or attempt results in final loss or damage;
  1. Possession of information about the outcome of the event at the time of placing bets;
  1. Possibility of a bettor influencing the outcome of the event due to the fact that he is a direct participant in the game (athletes, referees, coaches, etc.) or a person acting on his behalf;
  1. Placing bets by a group of participants in concert (a syndicate) to exceed the limits set by the company, as well as colluding with others to obtain an unfair advantage through bonus schemes or any other promotions offered by the company;
  1. A suspicion that a bettor is using software or special technical means to automate the betting process, including (but not limited to the following): abuse of faults, defects or errors in our software (including games); use of external hardware and software or analytics systems, including, but not limited to, software that allows you to play games without human intervention (e.g. bots), etc., using any dishonest means to obtain information or circumvent restrictions imposed by the company.

The company’s administration reserves the right to request from the player suspected of such acts any documents chosen by the company that confirms their identity and other data transferred by the bettor (for example, passport or identity card details, residence permit, registration), as well as canceling any payments until all information is verified. The bookmaker has the right to conduct the process of confirming the identity of the owner by videoconference or to request that documents be sent by post. Verification of documents (data received) can take up to 72 hours from the time they are received. 

The user will be notified of the results of the videoconference within 5 working days of its completion. If the information received is proved to be unreliable, the company is entitled to take any reasonable measures at its discretion, including (but not limited to): cancellation of all bets and suspension of cash payments during the period of the process, as well as the continuation of the account verification process, requiring the provision of a set of documents necessary to verify the account accurately.

In the event that the player chooses not to pass verification, the company has the right to cancel bets placed from that account (as well as all duplicate accounts). Management is also entitled to take any reasonable steps, including (but not limited to): blocking the account and freezing available funds until the account owner is identified and deposit methods are confirmed.

Upon completion of the process, the company can take any decision based on the principles of rationality and equity, namely:

  • Block (close) the account (including duplicate accounts);
  • Invalidation and cancellation of all bonuses, free bets and winnings obtained through the use of such bonuses and free bets;
  • Canceling all winnings from the parent or child account and refunding your account balance on the start date of the process (minus any winnings that have been canceled); the company may also refund any amounts due to be returned to us from that secondary account directly from any of your accounts (including any other secondary accounts);
  • At the company’s sole discretion (in exceptional cases), allow the use of the main account and validate it, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be considered void. The duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled at the company’s decision (the decision will be made based on the analysis of all the facts of the violation, for each case individual).

Accounts are locked after 3 months of inactivity. To unlock an account, please contact the Security Service via email.

In exceptional cases, at the request of the bettor, the bookmaker may change the currency of the account. In order for this to be carried out, the Customer must send an email with his request to customer service with the subject “CHANGE OF CURRENCY”. For all purposes, a photograph of the main page of the Customer’s passport must be attached. The bookmaker charges 10% of the amount to be converted for this transaction.

The account holder confirms that any activities on his/her account were carried out by him/her. If the account is managed by a third party, the account holder will assume full responsibility for accessing it.

The bookmaker reserves the right to update these Rules and add any new provisions at any time. These new rules or amendments are effective immediately upon publication on the website.
